This recipe was in demand when I posted it on my stories and so here it is! It's different to your traditional brownies but I have to say it is just as delicious! Not for low FODMAPers though! โฃโ

360g soft pitted datesโฃโ
100g cocoa powderโฃโ
60ml maple syrupโฃโ
240g almondsโฃโ
60g melted butterโฃโ
335g cranberriesโฃโ
75g walnutsโฃโ

- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper โฃโ
- In a food processor blend together the dates, cocoa, maple syrup, almonds and butter for 2-3 mins (you need a strong food processor!) โฃโ
- Add in the cranberries and walnuts and blitz again until just combined. โฃโ
- press the mixture into the prepared tin and then put in the fridge for around 2 hours before cutting up and dusting with cocoa powder. โฃโ
