If you want support in changing your diet and lifestyle to improve your health, whilst also improving your relationship with food and your body then you have come to the right place. Claire works hard to translate nutrition science into personalised advice, tailored to each clients individual circumstance.
Claire’s passion lies in facilitating change in eating behaviours in order to improve her clients relationship with food and their bodies. This approach is in line with Intuitive and Mindful Eating and can be applied to most clinical areas. Claire’s specialist areas include:
Women’s health; which incorporates women with conditions such as PCOS and Endometriosis, as well as women trying to, and struggling to conceive.
Gut Health; from simply optimising your food choices to improve your gut health, to supporting dietary changes to resolve IBS.
General Diet Advice; such as optimising dietary intake while following a vegan or vegetarian eating pattern, or a plant-based diet, as well as supporting those with anaemia or other deficiencies.
Women’s Health & Fertility
If you are experiencing hormonal concerns or irregular or heavy periods, have been diagnosed with PCOS or Endometriosis, or are trying to improve your chances of having a baby then get in touch with Claire.
Claire works with women (and their partners) to improve their menstrual function improving quality of life, hormone function and reproductive health.
Claire is especially passionate about helping women maintain a healthy relationship with food and their bodies throughout these challenging times as well as through pregnancy and beyond.
Gut Health
If you find yourself silently suffering with abdominal pain, bloating and anxiety, with diarrhoea or constipation, flatulence or any other gut symptoms get in touch with Claire.
Claire works with her clients to improve their gut health through a holistic approach and where necessary Claire can advise on the low FODMAP approach.
Our guts are at the centre of our health and our diets play a huge role in maintaining a healthy gut.
Food Freedom & Gentle Nutrition
If you want to be able to enjoy food without feelings of guilt or shame, and to be able to trust and listen to your body then get in touch with Claire.
Claire focuses on flexible and gentle nutrition strategies which help you add to your life rather than impose restrictions. She will help you tune into your own bodies cues, to improve your relationship with food and your body and find food freedom.

Cancellation Policy:
All appointment cancellations must be completed 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will still require full payment for the cost of the scheduled appointment. Appointments will start on time. If late, client’s may use the remaining time of the scheduled appointment but not beyond that. Full payment for the appointment will still be required.
