πˆππ†π‘π„πƒπˆπ„ππ“π’:⁣⁠
360g soft, pitted dates ⁣⁠
240g almonds⁣⁠
25g cocoa powder⁣⁠
2 tablespoons tahini⁣⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁠
Handful of chocolate coated coffee beans - chopped finely⁣⁠
⁣⁠
πŒπ„π“π‡πŽπƒ:⁣⁠
- In a food processor, blitz together the dates, almonds, cocoa, tahini and vanilla until it comes together, then roll into balls.⁣⁠
- Spread out the chopped chocolate coffee beans on a tray and roll the balls in the chocolate/coffee to coat them.⁣⁠
