360g soft, pitted dates β£β
240g almondsβ£β
25g cocoa powderβ£β
2 tablespoons tahiniβ£β
1 tsp vanilla extractβ£β
Handful of chocolate coated coffee beans - chopped finelyβ£β

- In a food processor, blitz together the dates, almonds, cocoa, tahini and vanilla until it comes together, then roll into balls.β£β
- Spread out the chopped chocolate coffee beans on a tray and roll the balls in the chocolate/coffee to coat them.β£β

You can refrigerate these for upto 2 weeks.
