A well balanced and nutritious diet can have profound beneficial effects on your physical activity capacity and exercise performance. Being a keen sportswoman herself, Claire fostered her interest in sports nutrition gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee in 2010. She now provides nutritional advice to athletes of all levels in order to help them achieve their sporting goals whether it be to improve performance, strength, address the balance of muscle and fat or even just to ensure they are following a healthy, balanced diet.

Claire has been a sports enthusiast since her university days where she rowed for IC Boat Club and her dedication to her crew and training got her and her crew to Henley Regatta. Since then Claire has been a keen runner, completing Marathons, half marathons and 5-10K races. Not satisfied with the challenge of running she took to Triathlon and more extreme races such as Tough Guy and The Terminator. She also enjoys pilates and yoga, open water swimming and is regularly found watching her local premiership rugby teams' games.
